Coach Testimonials
Ridge HS has attended Briarwood every year since it started and always had a positive experience. The staff produced a productive environment for high school runners to learn, train and appreciate what the sport has to offer. I always know that our team is in good hands, improving and having fun while they are at Briarwood.

- Tim Mooney
Head Boys and Girls XC Coach, Ridge HS, NJ
For many years I have been sending runners to Briarwood to learn all aspects of the sport of running – nutrition, injury prevention, form and style. Along the way, they laugh and they swim and they learn a little bit about themselves and about life. But, as a coach, I always look forward to their return, because they come back as a team… united and focused, with one common goal.

- Kevin M. Verbrugghe
Former Head XC Coach, Roman Catholic HS
For the past six years, several members of the Gwynedd Mercy Girls Cross Country Team have attended the Briarwood Running Camp. As their coach, I have found this camp has truly contributed to the success we have achieved. When I asked the girls what they like about the camp, their response was the outstanding structure, running with groups of various levels, and lastly, that they had FUN.
